First of all, the whistling control arms don't really bother me but I do hear it. After seeing the TSB, I figured I'd grab some of the plugs at Home Depot and fix them up myself as others have done. No luck finding any rubber plugs, so I grabbed some grommets at Tractor Supply to see what would happen. I thought it might just change the note, but I no longer hear the whistle at all. Control arms still are able to drain as intended. Fix looks nice and neat. Total cost was $4.50.

Part number is 3288356 Rubber Grommets 13/16x1/2. $1.50 for a bag of 2. You need 3 bags to do both sides as shown in the TSB (small upper hole and very bottom hole left open). Here's a pic.

I've been following it for awhile. I've seen the tape and plugs and silicone and everything else. Just pointing out that grommets work too.

Didn't know they sold tile mosaics at Tractor Supply. You sure you didn't search Home Depot instead?

Tractor supply. Part number doesn't show up online, but you'll find the grommets in one of the drawers with the nuts and bolts. You're looking for the one with an inside diameter of 1/2" and the part number and description I've listed is correct.

Couldn't find jack at HD. I think I like the grommet solution better anyways as the insides should dry out a little quicker and there are more exit holes for when I occasionally flush the mud out of them.
