Toyota RECALL 800 number

admins/mods...if in wrong place, please move to proper place (thought this seemed the best)

As some of you know, I recently had some issues with my new to me truck and it turns out there was a recall on the specified part (although I was not part of the list)
The dealer I called first and the second one were not even aware of a balljoint recall.

This is the number (pic provided that I didn't conjure up outta thin air) that I was given and called. Toyota has now transferred all ownership to me via this and show me as the current registered owner with Toyota Corp and this, any info regarding my truck will now come to me (essentially like buying it new and ya info goes as the new owner basically I guess?)

Toyota number is 1-800-331-4331 and they can check your VIN and of any recalls are out on your specified vehicle. they were pretty kind, they are fully aware of all the issues I have had (largely I am assuming due to negligent maintenance from previous owner)

I told some people that I would post this number (if it has been posted before, I am sorry...just the gen 1 page has like 695 thread topics pages....that's a lot of reading to look through)

Hope it helps some people in checking out they vehicle for any defects
