So I attempted to go to Lynx Gulch the other day (12/27) and it is indeed closed. All of the trails in the eastern ANF are closed including Indian Cyn, Pacifico trail, Lynx Gulch, Mt. Gleason....

The trail looks like it was recently plowed, but all gates are closed on all access points (including the campgrounds).

I just called the ranger station and they said most of the closures are still in effect, Not sure Lynx Gulch is open but highly unlikely, Rowher Flats is open and is probably the closest alternative.

Last I heard, the Station Fire burn area of the ANF is closed until September 30, 2010.

Angeles Crest Highway is closed to the public as of last Friday when I drove by. CHP has a checkpoint at the entrance to ANF at Angeles Crest Highway. I Believe Angeles Forest Highway is open up to Big Tujunga Canyon and Big Tujunga Canyon is open to Tujunga/Sunland blvd. I'll be driving up to Palmdale tomorrow, I can scope it out if I have time.
