I just got recruited by my brother in law to cut down trees tomorrow afternoon so I probably can't make it unless those plans change.

Hey guys, new taco owner in the NoVA area. I'm active duty AF and I'm usually rolling around Herndon/Chantilly/SouthRiding area. So far I love the taco (so small and nimble) I'm coming from a tuned Duramax so it's nice not driving a tank in this traffic, but I do miss the stupid amount of power the diesel had. I've waved to a few modded tacos in the area but I just get stared at, ha. I pulled off the running boards, extang tri-fold cover and bed divider so if anyone wants to buy them let me know. Imma post them in the classifieds soon. Also have a full set (4) of TRD Sport wheels with good rubber. Anyways, here's some pics of the truck (some of you guys probably recognize it since I bought it from a member here). Also...any motocrossers here? Me and my buddy are always out at Budds Creek or Tomahawk MX (Tomahawk has offroad trails too if any of you guys haven't been there) Always looking for friends to ride with!

welcome to tw and the nova thread we are actually having our first little meet up tomorrow evening at the buffalo wing factory in sterling nothing fancy just a meet and greet we would love to have you we'll maybe discuss future plans from there

it's a starting point you all know the area far better than i do but the sterling chantilly area seems to be pretty good and not too far for all of you to drive if we find a better location and could say have a monthly meet maybe it could be organized with a location they would even give us a discount to eat there just food for thought (no pun intended)

Unfortunately I think it's something that needs to get done before the weekend. We are having a guy come out and bundle up our field that he cut. The equipment he has to do this is too big for our current path so we have to widen it before he comes.

 

it's just an idea but it may be fun if we want to have meets the mcdonalds in manassass on 28 has i'm told a huge cruise in every saturday night. it has tons of parking, food obviously, and the availability to look at all kinds of cars and trucks. it's free to attend and you come and go as you please

 

hopefully there'll be plenty more oportunities for you to come i know some things have to be a priority if you have any ideas for meets they're certainly welcome

Can you all recommend a shop in NoVa for exhaust? I'd like to get a cat back or at the very least a new muffler. Hoping to add a couple of ponies and improve the sound. Suggestions for gear/shops?
