Have you done any changes to the vehicle? Or is it 100% stock?

Then it should be no problem getting warranty work. Quite often people make changes on their vehicles and cause problems with their vehicles. If that happens the dealer won't cover it under warranty.

Well, it took some time, but they found the problem, wiring harness for the left rear door. Waiting until Friday for part to come in, glad I don't need my pickup, the Corolla they loaned me is nice. I'm on vacation so it really doesn't matter. Tech struggled to find the issue, probably not common, probably a factory install issue, being that there was a dead short.

Update to this. I dropped of the truck this evening. I am now currently in a rental lol. After an hour i was told the mechanic has all the doors apart and has currently blown 4 more fuses.

You do know it is the key that prevents the doors from locking, not the fob.

Is there a chance there is another key in the cab? If there is, you can't lock the doors.

I found this out with my Tundra.

Nope. Pretty sure Toyota would of thought of that as well. Also that wouldn't be causing the Fuse to blow
