What sounds like turn signals when I first open the door?

    Here's the scene:

I get off work, walk toward my truck, push the Unlock button on the key fob, open the driver's door and always hear a "click click click" which sounds like the sound you hear when your turn signals are on. It stops before I can get in and figure out what it is or where it's coming from.

    Anyone?

Pretty sure it sounds like the turn signals because it IS the turn signals.

Like the hazard lights? It's always daylight when I do it, so I can't see if it's actually the blinkers or not.

Its the turn signals when you unlock the truck, they flash twice if u hit it once or four times if u double click to open back door.

If you have the beep disabled the click is more audible.

Crap. I didn't think about the lights flashing when you unlock or lock. I never actually heard them. I guess it depends on how close you are.

Other noise could be the door locks opening / closing but that's loud enough for all to hear .
