Hello Blue permanent the big bummer is that 30+ maintenance tech are all looking for the same job. Not a lot up here. Thinking it may be time to move.

I spent an hour and a half out digging in the dirt :D Got part of the stump out and found more roots to get out  I don't remember there being any stump/roots there when i put the sprinklers in :notsure: Last piece has to go, so I can put the pipe in deep enough.

Also managed to get one of the dead branches that was stuck up in a vine down out of the tree.... :woohoo: Now I don't have to worry about it falling where I didn't want it to go. then walked the girls

    What are you up to?

Cards is good. TW meet sounds fun. Good news about the shoulder. Making progress.

I have a hand saw.... don't want to leave too many or when they rot, I'll get more sink holes.... have already had 5 or 6 in the yard. Found the first one when my foot went through the dirt  leg up to my knee was in the hole...

No side windows for me. The softopper is one piece, top and sides, the windows are the weak point. If you carry dogs, both brands have a mesh tail flap.

    Hello Susan

sorry I dropped the coversation into the prostate area.

OK-so you asked me to join in. First, thanks for the invite and welcome. Here is a little about me. I won't be able to post much during the day because I work in a hospital. Privacy and HIPAA laws being what they are, we have the computer nazi's monitoring us. They are behind the scenes every time you are on a computer, they have keystroke loggers, they monitor e-mail, internet, intranet, patient records-everything. Now it does not help that I work where the octo-mom had her kids. 23 people disciplined or terminated for inappropriate access to her medical records-The National Enquirer was on the street outside the hopsital offering $1000.00 cash for info. Can't even carry a phone because they are afraid you will be on Fakebook or taking pictures of patients or whatever.
Outside of work I love my family, truck, camping/backpacking/hiking/fishing/firearms. Married to an amazing woman for 28 years (next month), 2 sons and a cat.DSCN0993.jpg My buddies and me trapshooting-me on the right.
DSCN1610.jpg Another buddy and me in the San Jacinto wilderness. He had testicular cancer and beat it-our celebratory trip.

DSCN1657.jpg I do a little woodworking, the Coleman's were from my parents-stamped 7/59! Still work great.
