100,000 miles will be here in a couple months. Is there any maintenance issues I can plan for? I bought it with 32,000 and I had the tranny and radiator flushed and serviced with BG at 50,000. Still has the same plugs and wires as when I bought it.

Change all fluids that havnt been replaced recently. I assume engine oil is good for now, and u said coolant is also good.

So brake, transmission, differential, power steering, transfer case.
Yes i listed transmission. If it were my car id do it every 30k, 40k max. But 50-60k is acceptable.

Replacing pcv valve wouldnt hurt, they are cheap.

Clean intake sensors, such as map and maf.

    Grease u joints.

I assume air filters have been serviced? Intake and cabin.

    Spark plugs

    Check ball joints

    Check tie rods

Thanks for the reply, very helpful. I am a lot less anxious about doing what I need to do to keep my truck running at its best.
