The upper bj on my passenger side is getting really squeaky. What's the best ball joint I can buy other than from the dealer? I'd prefer to go to NAPA, as I get a discount there. At NAPA I have 3 options... NAPA Chassis Parts brand which is the most expensive at $57.99 (before discount) Sankei 555 brand at $49.99 and Ultra-8 brand at $37.99 which is probably out of the question. I'd just get the most expensive one but I feel like I've heard the name "Sankei" before when people talk about parts on this forum. This job is no doubt a pain in the dink, especially on my somewhat rusty Vermont truck. I'd like to never have to do it again so what would you pick? Sankei, or NAPA house brand.

Factory will be the best. A lot of people use the 555's if not factory. Use the search function and there is lots of info on this subject.

Oem is what most on this forum recommend. Don't want to cheap out on something that holds your wheels to your truck. I have noticed a lot of guys use moog as they are greasable. But have seen some pics of those failing.

Those 555 are the same ones you will be getting from a Toyota dealer. Much of the time Toyota will have multiple manufactures available to them to cover holes in the supply chain. But I have only seen these ball joints supplied OEM. I am partial to Napa Precision on most front end parts, but in this case go with the 555. You'll be happy.
