I'm probably being overly sensitive to my new truck. I got my canopy installed yesterday and the roof rack rails that it came with aren't flush with the canopy on the back and possibly are installed backwards (the teardrop shape is the opposite of the shape of the canopy...which looks like if they were switched around they'd be the right shape). There's plenty of room in the front of the rails too....so it's strange.

Does anyone have an ARE Z series with roof rack rails to compare these pics to?

    Much appreciated!

    Back Gap.

Plenty of space to be more foward.

Looks like it's on the wrong side of the canopy causing the gap.

I'll grab some pics of mine tomorrow. Looks very similar.

The farkles have started and on order
I had a Z series on my gen 2 and the rail fit perfectly with no gaps. I've had a couple of Z caps on new trucks and never had a gap like that. Might be something with how the rail was installed on the new tops.
