CPO: how important?

    Looking at 2 DCLBs:
    2013 w/ 40K @ $26,900 that is CPO
    vs.
    2014 w/ 25K @ 27,900 w/ only factory warranty

    How important would the CPO protection be to y'alls in this calculus?
