    Yup. Had a flush late last year and got it all back to normal. I was about a quart low. That's what happens when you go 200k miles without ever checking/changing it.

    My '03 is almost there, had the trans flushed at 150,000 miles. No idea whether it was low or not but it does have a dip stick and last I checked it was good. Which is why I say 1/2 quart shouldn't matter. There is an inch or so which is a safe zone. Not sure how much volume that is but I'm guessing it's somewhere between half and a full quart.
