    Hello! New member from Oklahoma.

I bought my first Tacoma, this pre-owned 2013 TRD Sport 4x4 V6 at the end of 2014. I've always wanted a Tacoma, and this has pretty much all the features I knew I wanted. It was like a dream come true, especially considering how hard it is to find a good pre-owned Tacoma! Nobody wants to give them up!
Anyway, I'm not a big "motor head" guy who constantly works on his cars, I just mostly keep them maintained. But, I've decided that I want to start down the path of enhancing my truck to off-road better. Nothing crazy, but I do have some things in mind, but that might change as I do more research. Near-term goal is to get about a 3" lift then go tire shopping to match appropriately. But we'll see how far down the rabbit hole I go...

Can't tell if you have one on there- but a weather tech bug deflector on the front end would look great. Cheap and easy mod.

    Thanks for the welcomes!

I don't have one, but now I am considering one. Driving on I-44 between OKC and Tulsa in the spring, the amount of bugs hitting the windshield makes it sound like it's raining.

This is also a nice antenna. I had to replace my stock one due to my garage door height. This one is nice because it's still long enough to work well (unlike a lot of the stubbies), yet it's significantly shorter than stock. Also looks cool- it's black coated and has the wrapped am antenna.

See post #17 for more about it. And #13 for photos.

It looks like it's stock. Doesn't look cheap-ish or accessorized.

A $7 bottle of Meguiars ScratchX really cleans up headlight lenses if they're still in nice shape.
