I noticed you have a K&N CAI listed on your profile, do you still have your stock intake system? if so, try putting that back in to see if you have some improvement. Quality of gas also helps too, 89 or 91 ocatane my truck runs cherry.

Not of the top of my head, I don't... If you take out the (4) 14mm bolts that hold the seat down and tip it back as far as you can, find the bottom of the seat belt connector and look for a pair of small wires coming from that, take note of the color & relative size of the wires and look for them in the cluster that connects up to the seat.

My best recollection of what's down there though is that the passenger side is different from the driver's side in that it doesn't have a separate harness, so if you want to go this route you may have to cut wires to make it work.

I swapped the intakes back but didn't have any noticeable differences. The times are still very similar. I haven't tried switching gas but I don't think that will help acceleration that much. I've heard a bunch of mixed reviews about how high octane gas causes even more carbon buildup in the engine and exhaust.

So after searching numerous times to find a way to mod the 12v to be always on, I managed to scrape together instructions from one page where the photos had stopped working.

I tried to create a video walkthrough for anyone else looking to do the same:

2014 DCLB V6 DIY Spark Plug Change: I've searched for a forum DIY thread and can't find it. Can anyone point me to it for a 2014 V6? Thanks In advance.

I did but the newest one I found was a YouTube for 2011. Looks pretty straight forward. I did notice that no one in their videos uses anit-seize on their plugs in these vids. I was brought up to always use this on the plugs... did this change or something?
However I did just find this...

Definitely use anti-sieze on the plugs!
the plug change procedure is the same for MY 2005-2015.

ok. Found the right vids/instructions and going to do tomorrow. Interestingly, it seems that the plugs on one side of the engine are not the same part number as those on the other side? Is that correct? If so, why is that? I'm going by the dealership to get mine so shouldn't be an issue... but if they are, which is which?

    42inch light bar,
Anyone know if you can add a NAV program to the 2013 TRD off road model?

The Toyota nav program sucks. If you're going to spend $$, put in a head unit with Apple CarPlay or AndroidAuto.

Left-over fuel burning off. Running different pipes changes the fuel/air ratio. Could leave a little extra that burns off on start up. Nothing to stress unless it happens all the time while running.

Or just just use the map program on your phone via bluetooth to give you directions.

How difficult would it be to make the doors lock automatically when put in drive? I have a 2015 TRD and would like to have this happen for safety reasons. Can it be done and is a difficult job?
    Thanks
