Anyone running a Icon 3.5" mid travel suspension system on a 1rst gen double cab pre runner 2wd . How do you like it and how is it off road ??

Looking at a Icon mid travel suspension kit that was recommended by a local off road store . The kit consists of reservoir shocks all 4 corners , rear leaf spring packs , coil spring front and uni ball UCA

This off road store wants $3500 installed plus alignment , want to make sure it's a good suspension system

Right now I'm running a older 3" Rancho suspension and it's showing it's age

Forgot to mention I'm running 265/75-16 BFG Mud Terrain KM2's mounted on 16x8 Method double standard rims

    Nothing noteworthy
You might want to try posting in the First Gen section also. Just a thought. I own a second gen so I won't be any help. Good luck with your quest.

Since you are in South Cali, give Downsouth Motorsports a call. The suspension is solid and they offer revalving to customize it exactly to your offroad needs. Icon is a much better suspension than Rancho.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
3.5" suspension? I have full 2.5" Icon shocks with reservoirs on my 2nd gen?
