So I'm moving at the end of the week, and want to know how much weight the CAB of my truck can hold? Namely, ammo cans, roughly 50 each.

I'm wondering if the floor can hold 6-700 lbs, as opposed to having that sort of weight put onto the bench seat (and spread out a bit more) from passengers.

Why not the truck bed? Weather concerns - no tonneau cover to keep the bed dry, though I might end up just throwing a tarp over everything.

Floor can hold it better than a seat. Just make sure to spread the weight evenly.

Yeah but the fat dudes don't hang out on the floor.

Anyone know what the floor is made from?

It's pretty hard to damage formed sheet steel just be setting lots of weight on it. You'll be fine

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

Yeah, yeah. I wasn't sure if it was some weird composite (you know ... like our BED)

Besides, I had a friend back in college that had a hole in the floor of his mustang.

The bed is pretty gnarly tough, yknow. I have a hilift jack and tire bolted to the bed alone and it's tough as hell even after all my desert running.

Yeah ... I almost made that joke too. Though it was a '65, so in theory it should have been better ;)
