Need help with offset choice

I'm pretty new when it comes to wheel knowledge and was looking into getting these wheels

What is the best offset to choose for a stock height 2012 double Cab TRD?

If you look on kmcwheels.com the 16x9 5x139.7mm xd122 enduro only comes in -12mm offset.

Check out Scroll down to the bottom, hit the wheel calculator tab, plug in any wheel/tire size and offset to give you an idea of clearance compared to your OE wheels.
