I've been looking for a new muffler to make my '98 V6 sound nicer. I saw this http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/pts/5624077635.html and was wondering if it would fit and if its a good idea to buy something like this used. I figure I could talk him down to $50

I'm sure you could find plenty of videos on YouTube that has the sound recorded.

I'd say go for it. The longer the better especially with high flow mufflers. And if it's still too loud for your liking, add a resonator. They're not too expensive. And you'll most likely get a very nice tone especially with a 24". But yeah look up sound clips on YouTube. Or in the performance section here.
