Is this X worth looking at?

So ever since 05 I have wanted an X But have never been in a position to buy one. As I was driving to work today I saw this gem sitting on a dealers lot.
Its an 06 with 125k on it. Obviously lowered. Has a TRD supercharger that doesn't seem to leak. I just glanced under it and saw no leaks, urethane bushings, a flowmaster, looked like fiberglass rear springs?
I called the dealer while I was at work expecting them to be asking 18 or 19k like everyone else around here but they said they are at 14.9 and flexible.
I will take a better look at it next week when I have time but just wanted to see if it jumped out at anyone.

Check the clutch. Aside from the normal checklist, the clutch is the only concern. But looks and sounds like a good deal.

I would have left a big ol yes, if mechanics checked out. But, this guy came to ask just that and we haven't seen him again. Lol I check these once in a while. Too bad, he didn't buy it and stay a member oh well.. Another one bites the dust!

Found the PO on the X forum and got a carfax. 6 owners from Fl,NY,ID,NV. Lots of mods, very fast, but it had body damage, clutch and blower issues.

There was a super clean one in Phoenix with like 10 or 15k on it that I would have killed for... With a 4 month old and only one income it is hard to make that kind of cash happen on the spot though. It sold fast.

There is a dealer here in Tucson with a red 06 with over 100k and he is asking 19k. Not ready to pay that much.

Omg the OP is alive! And still looking for the "right" one. I've spent 10 years on mine. It'll come to ya! Lots of hardships pushing my dream back a bit. But, it was worth the wait (16k tag and still paying off). Timing is everything
