98 3RZFE I have all new gaskits for housing, thermostat, and bypass hose. I just rebuilt engine and have earlier problems before and have finally had time to finish project. But every time I add coolant, it runs out of the bottom bolt. At first I thought I had wrong bolt, so I picked one up at Toyota yesterday. So before I install again I want to make sure there isn't anything I'm missing. Advisor at Toyota said not to use any silicone or rtv on bolt or threads. He said Teflon tape. Any help would be appreciated!
