7th Injector ECU without Supercharger?

I've got all the pieces to install my supercharger and 7th Injector kit but am usually pretty strapped for time.

Could just the 7th Injector ECU be installed and then the actual supercharger installed later? I could do the ECU on one day and everything else a few days later.

Any serious adverse effects from this? Theoretically I would just plug the boost line going to the ECU.

 

For future readers, you can install the ECU without the supercharger. Because the injector and boost line are not hooked up, the ECU doesn't do anything.

 

Check with gadget at urdusa.You can run ecu and 7th injector but it is programmed for a supercharged application.
