Metallic screeching noise on acceleration

2.7 2x4 auto, I am hearing a metallic screeching or scratching noise between 3rd and 4th gear while accelerating. I don't hear it all the time and it kinda sounds like a belt when it's wet and sounds like it's coming from the passenger side. Any known issues out there?
