2011 tacoma sport engine sound

    3" suspension lift. Leer shell with Yakima rack. 17" XD series rims. Procomp A/T tires
    2011 tacoma sport has had a humming sound similar to the sound of a bad power steering pump. has been doing it since purchased new back in 2010. sound was barley noticeable then but now it's very noticeable that it's getting me worried. powersteer I ng is working great, any ideas what that sound is?
