Hey I just got a 99 Taco base reg cab 2wd off of Craigslist for $2000. I've always loved small 'yota pickups and when I saw this one I pounced. She's a great runner and I'll post pics soon.

Thanks, The first 3 things needed a drivers side seat belt, a new radio head unit, and a new set of shocks...down the line repaint back to the original medium blue

[IMG][/IMG] Well I been busy the last couple of Saturdays in giving my Craigslist find some TLC. First a thorough cleaning finding $15 worth of change behind the seat. I replaced the shocks (imagine over 200K on the original shocks); those dorky brackets on the front frame clip are now gone. This weekend I replaced the tattered driver's seat belt, replace all of the dash bulbs, and installed a new Kenwood bluetooth head unit. In a few months I want to have repainted back the original blue color. The truck runs great and has no rust...not bad for I have a total investment of $2500 including the price of the vehicle!
