    OZ's original fix was to glue strips of bike tube to the leafs, but that didn't last as long as he hoped so he used ABS - I didn't have any ABS. Crom used zip ties and they lasted awhile and are easy to replace. I'm trying the two combined. We'll see, but I expect positive results.

    I'm looking forward to being able to stretch my legs a little. When I put in longer brake lines and a shackle flip, they'll really stretch!

    Edit: already on extended brake lines, but not long enough for my future set up

    I just saw another post where someone took it to a local spring shop and they installed antisqueak pads on all the ends for about $60. Seems like money well spent to me.

    Just gotta connect the dots with a tig welder (all aluminum) and make myself a light weight Baja rack . I'm trying to go for a low profile that'll fit on some rhino track that I ordered so I can do my Thule cross bars or the rack, low pro. Design isnt really finished, i mitred the corners and am adding a steep slope on the front to make a wind deflector. im going for this kind of style

    4' by 62" by 3" high off the cap and then line x the shit outta that mofo. I don't weld but I found a local guy that does aluminum for $50/h. I'm guessing about 200-250 max for the welding and 60 for materials beats 700 for a prinsu

    I've had the same type of issue since I upgraded mine. But mine if more my bezel that's lose than anything else. Wonder if it's because of those damn pins as well. Where did you order them from?! Mine be interested in getting some myself to see if it fixes my issue.
