    Just a friendly public notice:

If you do anothing to the suspension of your vehicle, or any work for that matter. Check your bolts. I heard the slightest click when tapping the brakes in my truck. Didn't think much of it. Looked under the rear and noticed the nuts to the u-bolts nearly fell off. These were just torqued to spec yesterday, and I've put about 80 miles on the truck since. No torque wrench on my right now so for now they are at German spec "gutentight". Gonna keep an eye on everything over this week and probably go over everything again this weekend.

And I'll use this to whore the truck out a little bit :D

You should make sure they are evenly tightened when leaving your shop

The bolts don't look evenly tightened. Should be torqed around 80 - 90. The block lift will also cause the axle wrap.

You said they were torqued the day before to specification.

What Specification did you torque them to? They should be up at 80 to 90 Ft-lbs.

Do you have lock washers on them? It doesn't look like it does. Install some lock washers or if you don't want to do that at least double nut them to keep them from getting loose again.

The Department of Redundancy Department would like to inform you that lock washers, nylon insert lock nuts, and locktite are the way to go.
