all i know is we had one hell of a turn out in may 27 trucks

 

someone rang

 

Icon stage 3, tubular uca, Dakar full leafs. Wheel spacers. Keeping stock rims and tires until after lift is done. Later plan on running 285/70/16.

I have a 2016 DCSB TRD OR 4x4 6 speed. Unsure if trimming will be necessary to fit those tires. Open to suggestions.

Anything above 265/75/16 on stock suspension will rub (most likely) adding a lift well.. i know your rear is fine as far as trimming. I feel as though you will need to the cab mount chop at the very least.

 

I'll give my trd off road wheels if you paint my front and rear bumper so when I come to Eddy I can just install them same day lol

ok so no res on the front and what bump stops you going to run on the rear

 

I have no idea about the bump stops. I'm getting a complete kit but plan to upgrading to the Dakar springs as recommended by scottalot
So I'm guessing what ever comes with the kit.

ok that lift has no bump stops with it so when you order you dakars include a ubolt flip kit and bump stops . i'll PM you a price

 

If you're going with Dakars, I wouldn't buy the ICON Stage 3 kit. You're better to piece it together as you'll get all the right pieces the first time and save money to boot.

Fair enough. I'm not settled on icons, but since it was a complete kit, it seemed like the easy way out. This is my first Tacoma and first lift so I have NO idea what all I need. If you could list a complete list of part numbers, that would be super helpful.

I run ICON and I highly recommend them. Just that if you're going with Dakars, you won't need the AAL. Also, may as well get the longer rear shocks built for the Dakar Pack. I'll get you part numbers...

 

• 58635 - Extended Travel Coil-over Shock Kit
• 58450 - Tubular Uniball UCA Kit
• Dakar Leaf Packs (need bushings & U-bolts)
• CB2036 - ICON custom built shocks (longer length) for Dakars w/ resi

If you get a U-bolt flipkit, you'll need the correct bumps to fit (Wheelers SuperBumps).

First two are from the Stage 3 kit.

 

@AngryOscar I also second the @HeadStrong Off-Road recommendation. I ordered my ICON striker plates from them and couldn't be happier with the communication and customer service.
