Does anyone happen to know or have the same situation as me. On my 2011 I noticed the sway bar distance/separation from the bottom of my coils is different on each side.

On the passenger side, there is ample room for travel and no contact, but on my drivers side, there is a lot less clearance and have noticed at times there is slight contact between the sway bar and the bottom of the coil.

I do have a level kit and installed new quick struts. To try and figure out for sure if this was the cause of my rattle/clunk, I took some heavy duty inner tube from a tire and wrapped it around my sway bar and sure enough - it has dampened the noise, but is not a solution.

I will install a sway bar relocate kit, but just wondering why the sway bar is closer than the other?

    Anyone?

I know I've seen others mention it as well, but I don't know if they ever found a reason but surely someone must know.

Do you have a spacer on the driver side to correct Taco lean? This could cause your problem. The relocate will fix it. I relocated mine extra far from the coils - the distance varies, depending on where I drive the truck :D

No I don't have the spacer. That is most likely what it is. I have my relocate kit on order so I'm hopeful it will fix the issue.
