'07 V6 SR5 Double Cab 4x4. Just had the front left wheel bearing replaced and now whenever I straighten the steering wheel out, the truck veers off to the left. I know the simple answer is that the alignment is off, but I had the shop do an alignment service after replacing the bearing. I'm a simpleton of a mechanic, so is there some other reason for veering to the left other than alignment?

There could be, such as a stuck brake piston etc.... I would play the odds and say the alignment is off. Take it back and get it realigned and ask for a printout.
