Has anyone tried out these replacement grills?

First time Taco owner and of course they had to change the 3rd Gen to include the most unimaginative grill (air dam) ever...so I'm looking to replace it.

Anyone out there have experience with either the T-Rex or E&G billet grills? It looks as though the E&G has more fins thus making it look a bit cleaner, but T-Rex has the better marketing and possibly a better product. The plus going for T-Rex is the ability to not include the Toyota logo in the center of the grill, but it seems E&G has a more permanent cut-out making the elimination of the logo not possible. Is this correct?

Thanks...figured I wasn't the only one looking to replace the grill, but couldn't find an existing thread. Unfortunately, nothing on the E&G grill. I'll repost over there.
