Perfect to add a little bump to your tacoma. Will require an amp as well. Works perfectly and in great shape. Never in a smokey vehicle. I also take good care of my stuff and it was never beat on. Changed vehicles and therefor different stereo.

It fit PERFECTLY in the drivers' side cargo behind the rear seat of my '12 double cab.

what amp did you use ?

 

I had one of these installed in my MR-2 in a sealed custom box. Surprisingly low bass and rounds out the sound well for SQ. I still have one loose without a box. Great SQ sub. It needs about 150 watts of power iirc so any amp with 150w rms will work well.
