What can the plug in the bed handle?

    The CB antenna cable that i bought requires that I solder the connector on it. I think it might be easier to feed the cable through the truck and solder the connector after the fact. I'm wondering if its possible to use an extension cord and just use the truck power to run the soldering iron.

    Will it work?

    Also, let the jokes commence.

    depending on what soldering iron you have it should be fine. Most electronics irons are under 100w .

    I use it for a soldering iron sometimes for work. Most irons are well under 50 watts unless its one of those crappy gun types.
