    If it makes so much sense, why after 40 years is canada only half converted? French scientists came up with it and it took 50 years to force their own people to convert.

    On a brighter note, it looks like the new Tacoma seems to be getting some good fuel economy numbers. Ranging from 20 to 30 miles per US gallon. After I convert that to Imp. Gallon it looks even better.
    I only wish the new motor had more balls in the lower RPM. The 5VZ-FE in the 4Runner seems to have more grunt.

    Mine is very accurate compared to what I get with Fuelly, usually within .1 or .2. Most of my past vehicles have been overly optimistic by 2-3 mpg
