So I'm wanting to tow a 18ft car trailer tomorrow to move some of my stuff, as I am moving soon. I have a v6 pre runner double cab. What kind of mpg should I expect and do you think I will experience any issues with the weight?

Depends on the weight you're talking about having and the total weight of the trailer. You should still get around 12-14. That's about what I got towing my boat that weighed 4500 lbs with my 2nd gen
