    Hello Ladies and Gents!

I will complete the purchase of a Quicksand DCSBOR within the next week or two. The truck is still in transit to the dealership. I had to go out of state to find the truck with everything I wanted. So it will be the first time I purchase a automobile without first test driving it. I have test driven a TRD Sport which I thought was really nice so I'm confident that I'll like it. I decided on the OR 4x4 because I want to get the fiancee out camping and enjoying nature. We spend to much time wasting away in front of blue screens. I am located in Las Vegas right next to some great trails to get the taco dirty. Really would have liked to wait for the TRD Pro however its become apparent over the last few months that its time for a second vehicle and the OR is more then enough already.

I was big into car forums in my early 20's but have taken a break from them awhile I finished my degree. After I finished school I bought a house. Almost a year to the day I bought a second house. Now after 4 months of owning both houses I can finally get back into something I want to drive. I've been sharing a CT200H with my fiancee for about a year and a half and its time for a little testosterone.

More to come but I look forward to contributing to TW in the future.

Thanks everyone. Luck would have it that I met a sales manager this past weekend from a local dealership at my work. I told him I was in the market for a specific Tacoma and found one in Utah. When I called the dealer in Utah back on Monday to see if the truck arrived and was still available for me to purchase it was already spoken for not even a few hours off the truck. On a brink of settling for a basic Quicksand DCSBOR with no packages not even a tow package that I would have to wait three weeks for. I called the sales manager I met to see if he had a lead on a truck, no answer but I left a message. After about 4 hours and I was really about to lock up that bare but cheaper truck I received a call fallowed by an email outlining a Quicksand Tacoma that is just about perfect.

    Perfect Truck
    Quicksand DCSBOR
    Tow Package
    Optional but preferred: Tech package
    OEM Tonneau cover

    My new truck
    Quicksand DCSBOR
    Tow Package
Tech with JBL(I didn't want the sound package)
Carpet floor mats with door sills(not all weather but better then nothing)
    Bed Step(which I might sell)

I'm running down to put a deposit on it in the am.
The starting build date for the truck was June 15th ending build date June 17th. I might be driving home a truck tomorrow that literately didn't exist this time last week. If its not delivered to the dealership tomorrow the latest its slotted to be delivered is Wednesday. Pretty stoked on my first Tacoma.

Awesome truck. Love the Quicksand. I couldn't decide on that or black. Went with black since they had it in stock. However, if I lived out west instead of Philly I would have gotten quicksand without even thinking about it. Best of luck with it.

@Mugsy7 yeah being in the Southwest made the color choice a no brainer. Its a color I don't think I'll grow out of. I had a thing with the blue for awhile but I think over time I would have wanted this color so I waited.
