my friend is selling his 2012 tundra, black, TRD 4x4, 5.7L engine, 49600 miles
has upgraded sound system, front and rear backup camera ( aftermarket).
method wheels with pro comp tires ( that need to be replaced) 305/60/18.
Has bushings to level up the front and upgraded front shocks ( pro comp)
He is asking 29K. is that a fair price ?
I might be interested in buying it from him.

is 2012 a good year for tundras ?

    thanks

After 2010, Toyota got cheap and stopped putting on extras (puddle lamps, sliding console, and a couple other things can't think of at the moment). Is it a double cab or crew max? Loved my Tundra, but needed a diesel and traded it in.

crew max. 4 doors. Lots of space on the back seat for sure.
    Always serviced at dealership.

That's seems like a good price. Is it a Rock Warrior or any other package?

    Just TRD off road 4x4.
I'm no big fan of 305/60 tires. Since they need to be upgraded, what size can I go with on 18" Method stock TRD suspension. I'd like more meat. /70 or /75

Not really sure. Mine was a Platinum with 20" wheels. I had BFG All-Terrain w/LT285/55/20. Check out TundraTalk.com. The search is pretty much the same as here. I believe they were just under 33".

Yes, 2012 was a fine year, but avoid the 2011 like the plague!!
