Fox 2.0 shocks in rear with old man emu leafs, Fox 2.0 coil overs with resevior, bushwacker flares, road armor bumper front and back, 6 inch lift, XD wheels with nitto trail grapplers, rigid industries grille with 12 light bar, rigid pods in front and rear bumper
I drove from Northern California to Lafayette Louisiana and now whenever I drive my truck struggles so much to take off sometimes it feels like something in the front end is holding it back but once I get it going it feels fine the truck has 130000 miles on it

That's a little too vague to narrow down, do you mean the engine won't produce any power? Or does the motor sound normal but it feels like there's something literally stopping the truck from moving forward? Any check engine light/codes being shown on the dashboard?

It literally feels like something is stopping the truck, no check engine, no noise, the only thing is it feels like something is holding it back

One of your brakes could be dragging. put the truck on jack stands and turn the wheels by hand. It will be obvious if this is the problem.

I'd order a super charger just to be on the safe side. That should offset the loss of power

sounds like the brakes are stuck, or maybe the e-brake is stuck?
