    Yeah, I've read after market wheels do it. The wheel was rubbing the mudflap at full lock so I took it off. Still a tiny bit of rub. Nothing crazy though

    I'm still close to the fenders. I have about a pink width of room between the tire and fender/wheel well at the tightest spots.

    Well.. From the side no. From the front they look... Smart? Personally as much as I like the performance I don't think I'll get them again. But I don't like the look of the fat tires like the pic above.
    I believe the perfect tire for me would be 255/80r16.. I don't think anyone makes them.. They make the same size for 17 rims tho.

    255/85/16 and 255/80/17 should be pretty much the same size tires....you drop one aspect ratio when going up one rim size to keep the same size tire....as in 265/75/16 & 265/70/17's

    Yes I realize that. But I said 255/80r16 not 255/85r16 "A very common size in relation" . Sucks they make a lot more sizes for the 17" rims.
