    Just a simple quality of life thing but I got some rubber caps to put on the shock tower bolts. Before I had to clean the bolts whenever I pulled the shocks otherwise the grit in the nylock nuts would cause the stud to back out of the aluminum shock head. I also put some red locktite on the studs this time and it helped a lot.

    Also as you can see I added the Energy Suspension shock pads since the stock ones get deleted with the ADS setup.

    Thanks for the thread @TaylorU. Just ordered a new 4Runner for the wife and have decided to go with ADS after seeing the set that we installed on the Tacoma that @Sacrifice brought over to the shop. Sent a PM to Micah @Downsouth Motorsports over the holiday to get things started.

    For anyone needing to crack open your ADS reservoir for whatever reason I got some info from ADS.

    They use 7 wt hydraulic shock oil, fittings are JIC and some may be o-ring boss. Most street vehicles are at 125 psi and race pressure would be 150-200 psi at full extension.

    I need to relocate my resi and I'm just looking for a source on the hose and fancy fittings. I think I have all 1/2" fittings and hose.
