1998 frame treatment flaking off

    I have a 1998 Tacoma .... frame that was treated for the rust and today looked underneath and the coating is falling off. Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? The job was done about 20 k miles ago. The truck has 200,000 miles on it and just recently the oil pan rusted thru and was replaced.
