Is it possible and recommended to run Bilstein 5100's in the front with a 2 inch block in the rear? I currently have a 2.5 inch spacer in the front but would rather have bilsteins and want to know if i can keep the block in the back. Thanks!

You can but people here don't like blocks lifting the rear. If you have the money look into a leaf pack to lift the rear, and the correct length bilstein rears. Add a leaf is another option to get rid of the blocks.
