I guess it really depends what you want to spend and how well you want it to function

If you plan on going up higher I would get heimed uppers just in case you cant align it.

To get more height in the rear without the block an aal wont cut it. Youre going to have to do a custom pack. You can also gain significant height by doing a shackle flip and extended shackle.

Fox and Icon are the only ones that offer COs off the shelf.

Look at the BDS kits to see the Fox's and Icon has them under larger lifted trucks on their site.

You can also buy the bilstein f4-be5-e122-to which is a full length shock used on the rcd kit. Just use your factory coils or aftermarket ones. The shock with the stock coil will yield you 5" so you can either add a 1/2 top plate spacer or add ome 883 coils.

There was a group buy on these 6inch coilovers, can't remember the name of them for the life of me though I wish I could

I added 112-620 Eibach coils to my billes and mine still rides great.

A few audio upgrades, tinted windows, remote start because it f'n hot in Texas! 6in Fabtech DB lift, 17x9 Fuel Trophy wheels, 315/70/17 Duratracs,BAMF 80in sliders w/kickout, Prinsu cab rack w/30in Heretic light bar, custom bedside decals, custom hi-lift jack brackets, US Offroad front bumper w/winch, bed rack with RTT, CB, Short wave base station, Ultra gauge, color matched grille surround, an ungodly amount of recover gear, ARB fridge, hood struts, RotoPax, traction pads.
Fox, Kings, Icons, Bilsteins, Toytec, EMU, FabTech and ProComp all make replacement coilovers.

Not all of them make a set for 6in's of lift but I have seen some guys get a good deal on a 3in set and add a spacer to the top hat on them. It would be ridiculed by most but it will still ride better than the spacer lift with factory coilovers. I am still running my stock coilovers with the spacer on my top hat from my FabTech kit. I did opt for the Dirt Logic shocks in the rear with the intentions of purchasing the front coilovers later down the road but I found the ride to be "acceptable" for what I needed at the time. I now have some additional weight on my front end with and aftermarket bumper and winch and am looking at replacing mine now with something that will gain me my clearance back.

It all really boils down to what you need your truck to do on the budget that you have to work with. We would all love to have unlimited funds to go buck wild and get the best of the best but that is just not reality.

    Let the :crapstorm: begin...

    6" rough country lift
What are the options when it comes to 6" I'm only finding the icons 6-7 that are meant to go with a pro comp lift, don't know why, or if it would be a problem for me when I'm basically re building the whole system. Pretty much the only thing left rough country would be the spindles.

    Yes
I would suggest the Fox CO's that are made for the BDS kit, they have a couple of advantages over the Icons. Just scroll through the " products discussed in this thread " banner at the bottom of the page.
