Locking storage, Gen 1 (Y2K) Taco

    Extended cab SR5 2000 Taco. As there's extra room in the jack storage area, I have considered adding a locking hasp to the opening panel thing. Looking for perspective and tips from someone who has done this (or something similar).

    Alternately, I'm hoping to mount either a small lock box or locking ammo can inside the cab. But... where? Would be great to slide a skinny box under the passenger seat, but the slider handle and wire seem to be in the way.

    Ideas? Yes I searched...
