2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road

I found these tires for sale in my area and I wanted to know what your guys' thoughts were on procomps. He claims that they have more than half tread life, only put 20,000 miles on them and he put tires on his jeep that were more street suitable. He is willing to sell the set of 4 used and 1 brand new spare of 35x12.5x17. I am currently running Bfgoodrich 33x10.5x16 Mud Terrain Bajas. I have a 3 inch lift and no problem whatsoever with the size of them. So my next question is fitment. Will they fit? Let me know thoughts; link to the tires is below.
