home made black led fog light

so i always wanted a black housing fog light which is pretty hard to find ... sooo i went with the smoked lens one for a while but got tired of looking at them


so i found these an truck supply store and my god i just had to have hem they sold for a big 115 each at the store man are they ever good looking

so after fucking around trying to separate the lens from the housing i figured out a better way to achieve my goal lol


by using a die grinder i was able to shave just enough material to have a proper fit





tuned out factory looking almost !!


so after i took the time to build wheater proof plug end


just a quick fit test





just had to see how bright them puppys are !!f



im super happy the way they turned out i still have to find some sort of epoxy type glue to fix them in the housing permanently but i just dont know what to use yet but some feed back from someone that built something simmilar would b greatly appreciated !! thanks for watching
