And here is the end result with my new F5s and Toyos... the ride is amazing... will need to trim but it is drivable. I love how they stick out a bit... that is because the rims are wider than what I thought. Enjoy the pics and hope you like them.

Looking good. Did you get the limited slip issue figured out?

I would not do 5100's. I tried the cheap routes and I wasted a whole lot of $$$$$$$

I did spacers right after I bout the truck. They were horrible! So I spent like $400 on 5100's (front and back from DownSouth). A friend with a shop, let me use his equipment to install them. Horrible!

About 2 months later I bought some good springs and good struts, spent about another $800, again, friend let me use his shop, so no labor costs.

Now it performs and rides like a Mercedes Benz! :)

Don't go the cheap routes, you won't be happy. Also, don't do blocks in the back, the body roll will activate you to death. Get Dakar's for the rear.

As for alignment, I bought lifetime alignments from Firestone when I installed the spacers. Best thing I ever did, because after all the changes and just wanting to make sure everything was still good, I probably been there 20 times, just checking to make sure everything is ok. :)

Save a little more $$$ do it right the first time, it will save you THOUSANDS in the future!

About tires, I went with Toyota FJ Trail Ed. Wheels. They have an additional 5mm backspacing, that solved rubbing issues running 33in KM2's

Sorry for the long post, hope it helps. :)

Yes I did ... turns out that when we put everything back after the install of the 5100 two of the bolts were not tight to spec ... so the sensor was doing it's job... they (dealership) tighten them up and reset the sensor and now its all good.

Thanks for the input... i stood away from spacers... between bad reviews and looking at the lack of support on the. at the forums I decided to go with suspension lift instead. So far no regrets with my 5100... I pulled the trigger a couple weeks back. I installed them with two of my friends at my garage... i admit it was not easy... but for some reason it looks better when you know it was you who did it.

So... if you were not happy with 5100 what did you end up getting for the front? Dakar's as well?

It may be a rip off if you're capable of doing your own, but that's the going rate. $400 for all 4 installed.....Some places cheaper, some places more. I get $400 for all 4, and have a steady diet of installs. Many tire shops, etc, won't do suspension lifts with aftermarket stuff because of insurance liability.
