transmission temps on 6speed manual ???

    Just curious to know if someone ever hook up a transmission temps gauge on a 6 speed manual. I have an empty pod that I would like to put one in but not shur where would b a good spot for a probe .... Let me know if I ever did it and how to !!

    I wouldn't bother. It probably gets hot, but it doesn't have the internal parts and clutches that are primarily affected.

    Perhaps the drain plug, if you can find something that threads in there. It would guarantee that the sensor would hit oil.

    Why do you need to know there is nothing you can do to make it cooler bottom like it's going to be just at hot as the engine.

    Ohh I know just not shur of what other gauge I would like to stare at while I'm driving just wanted to know if anyone ever hooked one up
