I suffered with a loose head unit for 5 years, since first installing my aftermarket HU. Recently (as I'm getting ready to sell it) I found a post about taking the yellow clips off the OEM bezel. Luckily I still had my OEM HU so I dug it out of storage and found.... no yellow clips. No idea...

Well I have a 3D printer, and tired of printing Yoda heads, I've been printing usable parts lately. I found a Volvo clip that was similar but it was too short and too fat. Edited it up a bit and presto.

    My pics suck, sorry.

Original (found one holding the cup holders in today while cleaning).

3D Replacement (they are NOT that bad, bad light I swear)

    First prototype (too short)

    No more bouncing head unit!

Shit I have been dealing with this since the aftermarket head unit install. How can I get some of these?

I wish I had time to print a bunch of these up for everyone. It's not the cost, I'd do it for free. Its the printing and mailing I just don't have time for.

There should be a button on the page where you can order them printed (you'll need 5).

I'm not sure how it works, I've never done it before. Looks like it would cost $0.16 a piece, plus a $5.00 "Startup Charge". So I guess someone could buy 100 or 1000 and sell / mail them out as needed.

You can go to your nearest pick-n-pull junk yard and get a pocket full of these out of any Toyota for free..
