I have a 2009 Tacoma Sport, access cab, 4WD, it has an existing front end leveling kit. I am going to put on a set of Bilstein 5100's, do I need to remove the leveling kit and use the Bilstein 5100's instead or leave the leveling kit and adjust the Bilstein 5100's accordingly? What is the most common height setting for the Bilstein shocks? Are there other shocks out there that do the same small lift as the Bilstein shocks?

I'm making the assumption that your current leveling kit is a spacer lift. The best thing to do, given your current plan, would be to remove the spacers and just set the 5100s at either the second or third notch from the bottom - depending on your desired lift. The settings are 0", .85", 1.75", 2.5" for double cabs. Access and Regular cabs will get more lift than each setting suggests.
