Sorry if this has been covered before, I did a search and couldnt find anything. Basically in Louisiana any off road lights on a vehicle have to have a cover on them when you drive on the road (nobody does it but you have to have them covered when you get an inspection sticker). I would like to know what everyone else does about their light bars becouse I've never bought one with a cover nor can I find any for sale on the internet.

I have heard rumors of maine starting the same type policy.:gossip: But possibly only on offroad lights above headlightso_O

As far as covers I have seen but not bought 3" pod.. and 4" lamphus style covers
    On ebay for around $10.
Full bars have similar covers for the ends:notsure:

What do you mean by "for the ends"?

Most larger light bars have spot in middle flood on the sides.. The covers I have seen on ebay are just to cover the flood sections.

I have had a light bar on mine for 2yrs now. Never had issues getting inspection sticker. If wherever you are going is the only option just use a roll of blue painters tape. It isn't pretty but works for cheap.

Not far from me. I was told once that you could get an inspection done in a neighboring parish to the parish stated on the vehicles registration. Not sure if it was truth or bs but could be worth looking into.

If not, cover that sucker with painters tape or zip tie some wood strips to it.
